YEREVAN. – The ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) MP, National Assembly (NA) deputy candidate for the upcoming NA elections—and Football Federation of Armenia President—Ruben Hayrapetyan is prepared to help his opponents in finding election headquarters for them. Hayrapetyan himself stated this during a press conference on Thursday, reflecting on opposition Heritage Party Parliamentary Faction leader Stepan Safaryan’s announcement that they are unable to find a headquarters in the capital Yerevan’s Avan district.

“If any one of my opponents, or from the rival [political] parties of our party, is having a difficult time on a matter, they should come to me; I will help them,” the RPA MP noted.

Ruben Hayrapetyan even said he is willing to pay for those headquarters.

“They should not pay either; I will pay in their stead. Why are you entering politics—and big, in that—if you are unable to find a headquarters? They are unable to find a headquarters in an entire area. I support any destitute citizen of Armenia,” Ruben Hayrapetyan noted.
