According to the recent Gallup poll, Armenia and Georgia are among the list of “suffering” countries.  

The residents of 146 countries were asked to evaluate, on a 10-point scale, the level of their satisfaction with life.   

And in line with this poll, the groups were divided into three categories: “prospering,” “having difficulties,” and “suffering.”    

The majority of the countries in the post-Soviet expanse are in the “having difficulties” group, Rosbalt News Agency of Russia informs, referring to the Voice of America.   

The number of “suffering” citizens was 18 percent in Azerbaijan.

Those who have given less than 4 points are among the “suffering,” and there are eighteen countries in this group. The most miserable are in Bulgaria, where 45 percent of the citizens are discontent. The situation in Armenia is better, as 35 percent of the citizens are “suffering,” whereas in Georgia this indicator is at 28 percent.   

Brazil is in first place among the 24 more “prosperous” countries. Canada, Luxembourg, Denmark, Australia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia are also among the happier countries.     

In the US, 3 percent of the population is miserable.
