YEREVAN. – A BMW and a Škoda Fabia crashed at an Armenian capital Yerevan intersection on Monday at 12 pm. Škoda Fabia’s driver was injured and taken to hospital.   

At 2 pm, the driver of VAZ 21110 hit a female resident of Kasakh village, in Yerevan, who sustained injuries and was hospitalized, the Police Media Department informs.  

At 6:30 pm, the driver of a Gazelle-model minibus hit a 42-year-old woman, in Yerevan, who was injured and transferred to hospital.  

At around 7 pm, a Subaru Tribeca collided with a VAZ 21214 on the Yerevan-Sevan Highway. VAZ 21214’s driver and passenger sustained injuries and were hospitalized.  

At around 10 pm, a Mercedes S320 crashed into a concrete column and subsequently hit a tree alongside the Yerevan-Ijevan Highway. The driver received injuries and was taken to hospital.   

Also at around 10 pm, a GAZ 31 collided with a MAZ 64229 on the Yerevan-Yeraskh Highway. GAZ 31’s driver sustained injuries and was transferred to hospital. 

Investigations are launched into all incidents.
