YEREVAN. – No foreign currency trading was conducted at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Tuesday. But, in general, the US dollar’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), has a tendency to rise.  

During the trading session, the dollar was demanded at AMD 392.75/$1, but this was not met. And the banks offered it at AMD 393.25/$1.   

Armenia’s exchange offices raised the dollar’s purchase rate to up to AMD 392/$1, and it is sold at a minimum of AMD 393.5/$1.     

But a transaction of corporate bonds was conducted at the stock exchange on Tuesday.
