YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s working visit to the Vayots Dzor Region commenced Wednesday with a tour of the construction site of a new hotel-water spa complex in Jermuk city. This hotel, which will create 150 new jobs, is expected to be completely built in 2013, the President’s Press Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

Sargsyan was informed that the reinforced-concrete skeleton of the hotel is already completed.

At the Vayots Dzor Region, the President also paid a visit to Vedi Alco Company’s Getap Wine Factory. Here Serzh Sargsyan got acquainted with the Factory’s production capacity, conditions, and development projects, one of which is the construction of a wine material preservation facility—which is planned to be built this year.
