YEREVAN.- Candidate for an MP seat Tigran Ter-Petrosyan met on Thursday with OSCE/ODIHR long-term observers Daniela Malijanska-Mitevska and Soenke Ziesche.

They discussed issues related to election campaign. The observers asked about the problems the candidates face in N12 electoral district related both to electoral committee’s work and campaign process.

Tigran Ter-Petrosyan informed the observers about inaccuracy of the voters’ list and other problems.  He mentioned cases of violation of Electoral Code by certain candidates.

The election campaign will be held till May 5 - the day prior to elections when campaigning is banned. The parliamentary elections will be held from 8 am to 8 pm on May 6, 2012.
