YEREVAN. - The identity of the young man who had murdered his grandmother with an axe on Thursday has been established.
As the press service of the Armenian Police informs Armenian News-NEWS.am, the murderer turned out to be Aram Sukiasyan, 29.
At around 4.00 p.m. he attacked his grandmother Rosa Grigoryan, 83, and hit her with an axe. The elderly lady died on the way to the hospital.
Aram Sukiasyan is in the police station. The motives of the crime are being investigated.
