YEREVAN. – Off-parliament opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) enjoys pluralism and it is the bloc’s advantage, ANC secretary Arman Musinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am. He comments came after the ANC member Aram Manukyan stated that nothing links ruling coalition member Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) with the Armenia’s Second President Robert Kocharyan. 

In response to the report that the bloc criticized the PAP for being part of authorities and even having its fault in the March 1, 2008 tragic events, while currently it cooperates with the PAP, Musinyan said that they cooperate with any party ready to struggle against the falsification of the elections.

Armenian National Congress (ANC) is an opposition bloc founded in 2008 after presidential elections. During the August 1, 2008, rally in Yerevan the first President of Armenia and ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan announced formation of the bloc. ANC comprises 18 parties and political forces.

ANC proportional list includes 119 names. It has also nominated MP candidates with the majority election system.
