The US Navy has stopped 41 Iranian-linked tankers carrying a total of 69 million barrels of oil, said Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander of US Central Command (CENTCOM).

The Iranian regime is currently unable to sell the 69 million barrels of oil that the 41 tankers were carrying. This is more than $6 billion, which the Iranian leadership will not be able to use for its own financial gain, the admiral said.

He stressed that the blockade is very effective, and US forces continue to ensure its full maintenance.
