Foreign citizens can legally work in Armenia by obtaining a work permit and temporary residence status in advance. This was informed to Armenian News-NEWS.am by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.

For this purpose, the employer can submit an application online on the workpermit.am unified electronic platform of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia.

The work permit and temporary residence status are granted or denied within a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission of the application.
