The Armenian side did not seek assistance from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) during the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergey Shoigu, told this to reporters, according to RIA Novosti.
“There was no request from Armenia for providing assistance during that conflict,” Shoigu said after the meeting of the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO.
