Armenian foreign minister Ararat Mirzoyan on Tuesday had a telephone conversation with his Latvian colleague, Baiba Braze, the foreign ministry of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The interlocutors discussed the continued strengthening of bilateral partnership between Armenia and Latvia. The intensification of economic cooperation was emphasized, taking into account the readiness expressed at the political level in this regard.

Also, Mirzoyan and Braze exchanged views on the work towards the implementation of the strategic agenda of the Armenia-EU partnership.

In addition, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Latvia discussed various hybrid actions targeting democratic processes and their effective counteraction.
