The decision on Armenia's possible withdrawal from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) should be made by the country's leadership and people, CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said.
"I believe that this decision will be made by the people of Armenia and the leadership of Armenia," Masadykov stated after the Moscow meeting of the Council of Ministers of Defense of the CSTO member states.
