The Artsakh Union continues to accept applications to submit to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), informs former Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) ombudsman and state minister Artak Beglaryan.
The applications primarily concern the property claims of Artsakh residents on the basis of Azerbaijan's seizure of their property—apartment, house, land plot, etc.
This service is provided free of charge.
They have already sent about 600 such applications to the ECHR, Beglaryan added.
