According to the data from the Judicial Department of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the National Assembly elections, a total of 124 court cases have been filed with the country's courts of first instance and the Administrative Court as of June 7, at 20:00. A significant portion of these cases relates to demands for inclusion in voter lists, with the highest number of cases recorded in the city of Yerevan and the Administrative Court.
"The number of cases filed as of 20:00 on 07.06.2026 is as follows:
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Armavir Province: 3 court cases regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Province: 11 court cases regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Kotayк Province: 6 court cases regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Gegharkunik Province: 4 court cases regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Aragatsotn Province: 1 court case regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Lori Province: 1 court case regarding the demand for inclusion in the voter list.
Civil Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan City: 54 court cases.
Administrative Court: 44 court cases," the statement reads.
