The Kremlin is awaiting the final results of the parliamentary elections in Armenia and is recording all reports, including numerous electoral violations, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
“We [i.e. Moscow] are awaiting those final results. And for now, we are carefully recording all reports published about the elections. Including, we are also recording reports about numerous violations that occurred during the elections,” Peskov told reporters Monday, answering a question about Sunday’s parliamentary elections in Armenia.
