The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has welcomed the fact that the parliamentary elections in Armenia on Sunday were held in a “peaceful and calm atmosphere.”
“In the post-election period, we hope that Armenia will take bolder steps towards peace and normalization in the region.
Türkiye, will continue to contribute to regional stability and prosperity, as it has done to date, based on the common interests of the countries of the region,” the Turkish MFA statement adds.
