Iran is determined to respond to US strikes on its territory. Fada-Hossein Maleki, a member of Iran's parliamentary national security and foreign policy committee, stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Earlier on Wednesday, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that American troops had completed their latest strikes on Iran, which were in response to the attack on a US Apache military helicopter. According to CENTCOM, during the operation, Iranian air defense facilities, ground control stations, and radars were hit near the Strait of Hormuz. And in response, Iran attacked several US military bases in the Middle East.

“The US itself periodically resorts to such actions, to which Iran has always responded to this day. They need to understand that Iran is very serious about this issue," Maleki stated regarding the new wave of clashes.
