The text of the memorandum of understanding with the US has been agreed on in its main points, Iranian foreign ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei has confirmed, Press TV reports.
"As for the wording, the text is practically agreed on its main points. The problem is that the contradictory position of the US has always caused disruptions in this process," Baghaei said.
