make preferableYEREVAN. – Armenia’s Human Rights Defender office received 204 calls on its hot line from 8.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. on Sunday, the Human Rights Defender office reports.
The workers of the Human Right Defender offices in the regions quickly responded to 72 of the calls.
As Armenian News-NEWS.am had informed earlier, the HRD office had received 160 calls from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. If until 12.00 p.m. the calls were about bribes and stamps, after that there were reports about gatherings in the polling stations.
Eight political parties and one block participated in the parliament elections in Armenia: Republican Party of Armenian, Prosperous Armenia Party, Orinats Yerkir, Armenian National Congress, Heritage Party, ARF Dashnaktsutyun, the Communist Party of Armenia, Democratic Party of Armenia and United Armenians Party. For entering a 131-seat National Assembly (Parliament), parties must poll over 5% of votes, while blocks - over 7%.
