The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia has dismissed reports that Armenian agricultural products, including strawberries, are being exported to Russia through the territory of Georgia.

Such allegations are speculative, do not correspond to reality, and may negatively affect economic relations between the two countries, the ministry stated.

Also, the Georgian side expressed concern about the use of such statements in the framework of the internal political struggle in the neighboring country, and emphasized the inadmissibility of involving Georgia in political processes that have nothing to do with it.
