YEREVAN. – Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Monday addressed a congratulatory message to Vladimir Putting for taking on the office of the President of the Russian Federation. 

Sargsyan stressed Putin’s personal contribution to formation of the Armenian-Russian interaction. 

In his words, Putin’s efforts have further consolidated the brotherhood between the two peoples.   

“I am full of hope that your unchanged attention toward developing the Armenian-Russian partnership, [and] our personal discourse will continue to predetermine the shared efforts for the benefit of our countries’ allied collaboration, welfare of the peoples of Armenia and Russia, [and] strengthening of stability and security in the South Caucasus,” Armenian President’s message reads in particular.  

Also, Serzh Sargsyan wished peace and prosperity to brotherly Russia.
