The Constitutional Court of Armenia will consider on June 26 in a single joint session the petitions of seven political forces regarding the results of the National Assembly (parliament) elections on June 7,
At the June 21 procedural session, the Constitutional Court accepted for consideration the cases related to the dispute related to the Central Electoral Commission's June 14 decision to summarize the results of the regular elections of the National Assembly of Armenia on June 7, based on the petitions of the Strong Armenia Alliance, Wings of Unity party, Democracy, Law, Discipline party, Prosperous Armenia Party, Alliance of Defenders of Democracy for the Republic party, “Armenia” Alliance, and “New Power” Reformist Party, the Constitutional Court informed.
Considering that the aforementioned cases concern the same matter, in accordance with the law on the Constitutional Court of Armenia, these cases have been joined and will be examined at the same court session, which will take place on June 26.
The hearing of the joined case will be conducted verbally.
