The parties are making their final arguments at the Constitutional Court of Armenia in the case of the political forces.

Seven political forces had filed petitions with the Constitutional Court challenging the results of the June 7 parliamentary elections, but one them, the “New Power” Reformist Party, announced its termination of participation in this process.

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) is the respondent in the case, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia are the co-respondents, and the ruling Civil Contract party is a third party.

 The Constitutional Court has already heard the parties, held a question-and-answer session, held a closed session, and even conducted a small test to clarify the issue of transparency of the ballot envelopes.

All claimants and third parties will be allocated 25 minutes each for their closing arguments. Responding parties will be allocated 15 minutes each, with the exception of the representative of the Anti-Corruption Committee, who will be allocated 20 minutes. And the main respondent, the CEC, will be the last to speak and will be allocated one hour for its closing argument.
