STEPANAKERT. – Presidents of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Serzh Sargsyan and Bako Sahakyan participated on Tuesday in the solemn opening ceremony of a new multifunctional complex Europe, where the banking, hotel and various companies are set.
Sahakyan paid importance of opening a complex in the capital city, which meets the international standards and will influence on the development of economy in the state, Karabakh presidential press service reports.
