YEREVAN.- After parliamentary elections, the Armenian political forces have an unprecedented opportunity to form an ideological coalition, said Speaker Samvel Nikoyan.
The coalition must have a single ideological basis, he told journalists in Victory Park on Wednesday. However, Nikoyan refused to name a political force which is a potential partner to form a coalition with.
The Armenian Speaker considers that strong opposition is a guarantee of stability and success of any state.
