Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan is on a working visit to Yekaterinburg, Russia to participate in the Innoprom international industrial exhibition and a regular session of the Industrial Policy Council of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.

As part of the visit, the minister on Monday attended the eighth session of the EAEU Industrial Policy Council. In his address at the event, Papoyan noted that holding this session creates a favorable opportunity for a substantive discussion of the prospects of industrial cooperation and implementing joint projects within the EAEU.

The minister stated that the current session of the EAEU Industrial Policy Council will make an important contribution to the further deepening of Eurasian industrial integration and will contribute to the development of practical solutions in line with the interests of all Eurasian Economic Union member states.
