Russia hopes that the new government in Armenia, formed as a result of the elections held in the country, will ensure the consistent development of Russian-Armenian relations. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin stated this during a meeting with his Armenian counterpart, Nikol Pashinyan, in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
Moscow expects that bilateral relations will develop in the spirit of friendship, good neighborliness, mutual respect, and consideration of each other's interests.
Mishustin emphasized that this is Pashinyan's first foreign visit after the parliamentary elections in Armenia on June 7.
