Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that his personal relations with Donald Trump are also at a high level.

Also, Aliyev highlighted the US president’s special role in promoting the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The Azerbaijani leader added that ever since Trump was elected US President for the second time, bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the US have been developing successfully. Aliyev said that these ties have reached the level of strategic partnership, and this is very important for both countries, as well as for the entire region.
