A total of 2,542,634,000 drams (approx. US$6,978,930) have been allocated to increase the effectiveness of agricultural land use in Armenia. The relevant decision was made at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

It is noted that these funds will be used to assist Armenia’s farmers in purchasing fertilizers at prices below market prices in the face of inflation, to partially compensate for expenses incurred during the cultivation of spring, autumn and fodder crops, as well as for inspection of arable land, information collection, and monitoring.
