The United Kingdom accuses the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of involvement in attacks in Europe; Iran’s chargé d'affaires Ali Nasimfar was summoned to the country’s Foreign Office. This follows from a statement published on the British government’s website on July 14.

“The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office summoned the Iranian chargé d'affaires in London over the IRGC’s role in orchestrating a series of attacks carried out by proxy groups across Europe,” the publication says.

It is noted that Nasimfar was summoned in connection with attacks carried out in Europe between March and May which, according to the British side, were coordinated by the Quds Force.
