December 17, 2009 the report of RA Parliamentary Ad-hoc Committee on March 1-2 events will be discussed at the PACE Monitoring Committee session.

According to RFE/RL radio station, Heritage faction member Zaruhi Postanjyan will participate in the discussions as an oppositional representative and demand the consideration of human rights’ issues in Armenia both by Monitoring Committee and the Parliamentary Assembly session.

After the session of PACE Monitoring Committee it will be clear whether the issue will be discussed at PACE winter session or not.

Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE David Harutyunyan (RPA) and Armen Rustamyan (ARF Dashnaktsutyun) will also participate in the session of PACE Monitoring Committee.
