Armenia will implement a simplified procedure for issuing permits for the construction of Category II private residential houses with a medium level of risk. The corresponding decision was adopted at a Government meeting on July 16.

It is noted that the simplified procedure is intended to clarify the key data required to obtain a permit for carrying out construction work, including information about the developer, the facility, and the design documentation.

The decision is intended to provide a clearer presentation of the key data and conditions necessary for the construction of private residential houses.
