Azerbaijan began exporting plastic construction materials to Armenia. This is evidenced by data from the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.

In June, 1.39 tonnes of plastic construction parts worth $5.91 thousand were delivered to Armenia.

Overall, in January–June 2026, Azerbaijan exported goods worth $17 million 128.64 thousand to Armenia.

Indirect imports of goods from Armenia to Azerbaijan during the same period amounted to $960. At the same time, no shipments from Armenia to Azerbaijan were made in June.

Overall, in the first half of the year, Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover reached $24 billion 661 million, which is 1.1% more than in the same period last year. Exports amounted to $16 billion 320 million, while imports totaled $8 billion 341 million. Over the year, exports increased by 26.7%, while imports decreased by 27.6%.

The positive foreign trade balance increased 5.9 times and reached $7 billion 979 million.
