YEREVAN. – The Heritage Party’s forming a coalition with the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is ruled out, stated Larisa Alaverdyan—former Ombudswoman and 41st in Heritage’s party list in the May 6 National Assembly elections—during a press conference on Friday.

“I do not see Heritage in the same coalition with the RPA,” she noted.

And with reference to other possible coalitions, Alaverdyan expressed a suspicion over forming effective alliances, and stated they will be based on calculations, not civil society interests.

“I do not think the alternative and ruling power game is over,” Larisa Alaverdyan maintained.
