U.S. Central Command completed another round of strikes on Iran.
"U.S. forces struck Iranian military command centers, naval facilities, missile and drone launchers, as well as air defense systems, to degrade Iran’s ability to continue attacking commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz."
Transit of commercial ships through this crucial international maritime corridor continues. Since the beginning of May, Central Command forces have helped ensure the passage of approximately 900 commercial vessels and 450 million barrels of crude oil," the U.S. military noted.
As Pars Today reports, at least 14 explosions were heard in Chabahar and Konarak, and explosions were also reported in the city of Sirik in southern Iran.
According to IRIB, Shiraz and Bandar Abbas also came under attack.
