Americans are directly involved in guiding Ukrainian weapons toward targets in Russia, including civilian facilities. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, TASS reports.

According to him, Russia proceeds from the assumption that its American colleagues have so far not withdrawn the Anchorage proposals.

Lavrov added that Russia is prepared for any development of events in the context of the militarization of the European Union, “but is not going to attack anyone.”

He said that there have been no proposals to resume the Black Sea initiative.

In his assessment, the UN played “a not very honorable role” in the Black Sea initiative: it was implemented unilaterally and in Ukraine’s interests.
