Armenia has approved standard templates for purchase and sale agreements for real estate under construction involving a bank or credit organization authorized to provide mortgage loans. The corresponding decision was adopted at a meeting of the Armenian Government on July 23.

If the document is drafted in accordance with the standard contract forms, it may be concluded without нотариальное заверение.

Such agreements will be concluded through the electronic service platform of the Cadastre Committee. This will make it possible to carry out real estate purchase and sale transactions in Armenia remotely, including from abroad.
