On July 26, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin pilgrims from the community of St. Savior Armenian Church of Worcester, Massachusetts, part of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern), led by parish priest Rev. Fr. Tadeos Barsegyan.

Conveying his love and blessing to the pilgrims, His Holiness emphasized the importance of organizing such pilgrimages from Armenian dioceses around the world, as they provide an opportunity to connect with life in the homeland, with spiritual and national heritage, and with sacred sites, as well as to bring their support to the Armenian people during these difficult days.

His Holiness expressed confidence that the impressions gained from the homeland would become a source of new inspiration for the pilgrims, allowing them to return to their community strengthened and to continue their mission in national life.
