Iran will not leave Ukraine’s actions unanswered. This was stated by Ebrahim Azizi, head of the National Security Committee of the Iranian parliament (Majlis), in connection with Kyiv’s strike on an Iranian vessel in the Caspian Sea.

“Any attack on Iran always comes at a price, and that remains true today; the United States and Israel already know this well. Ukraine, too, will probably soon understand that Iran does not leave actions unanswered. The list of those who have miscalculated continues to grow!” he wrote on X.

On July 25, Iran’s Foreign Ministry said that Ukraine had struck an Iranian merchant vessel in the Caspian Sea, killing a crew member. According to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Kyiv did this at Israel’s behest in order to draw Europe into a war in the Middle East.
