"The Court of Appeal declared the search illegal, finding that the rights of media owner Alik Aleksanyan were violated," the outlet reports.
As a reminder, Alik Aleksanyan has been charged under articles concerning financially incentivizing participation in an assembly and money laundering on an especially large scale.
