The case on whether with the obligations enshrined in the framework agreement of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project comply with Armenia’s constitution has been accepted for examination at the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
The respective hearing will begin on September 15. It will be conducted in written procedure. Judge Edgar Shatiryan of the Constitutional Court has been appointed rapporteur.
