STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan on Monday signed several decrees on decoration and conferring honorary titles, in connection with the 50th anniversary of NKR capital city Stepanakert’s Sayat Nova Musical College and for the substantial contribution to the development of culture.

Piano teacher, Honored Art Worker of the NKR Bella Parsadanyan was awarded with the Gratitude Medal, office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

And the honorary title of Honored Cultural Worker of the NKR was conferred to these individuals:

Hamest Avanesyan, head of the Piano Department at Sayat Nova Musical College.

Vagif Grigoryan, teacher at the Wind Instruments Department at Sayat Nova Musical College.

Pavel Gharabekyan, senior specialist of the Art and Folk Art Department at the NKR Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs Staff.
