YEREVAN. – Irrespective of whether or not there will be a ruling coalition in Armenia, it is already decided that a number of ministers will no longer be in the next Cabinet, Zhamanak daily writes, referring to its sources at the Presidential Palace.

“Several regional governors—[namely, of] Shirak, Kotayk, Syunik—will be dismissed, too. According to our information, the Education and Science [Minister’s office] will be given to the [Prosperous Armenia Party] PAP; Naira Zohrabyan is the likely candidate [for this post]. [The incumbent Parliament Speaker] Samvel Nikoyan will probably be [designated] Nature Protection Minister. And [capital city Yerevan’s former Mayor] Gagik Beglaryan [will become] Transport and Communication Minister.

[Emergency Situations] ES Minister Armen Yeritsyan will be appointed to the newly forming [office of] Internal Affairs Minister, whereas Armenian Eagles patriotic movement leader Khachik Asryan will be appointed ES Minister,” Zhamanak writes.
