The Ordos Cultural Industry Park is located in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China, covering an area of about 12 square kilometers.

It is a large cultural and tourism complex that showcases Mongolian culture. It includes not only large stages and buildings built in historical style, but also museums and exhibition halls.

The museum sections present the history of the Mongols, their lifestyle, art, culture, and traditions. Here, in the open-air section, a staging of the Ordos Wedding is held on a regular basis.

In 2006, this ritual, which has a history of more than 700 years, was put on the list of China's national intangible cultural heritage. Traditional music, singing, dancing, national costumes, flags, and large drums are combined during the performance. All this is not just a show, but a modern stage reproduction of ancient traditions.

Through such performances, Ordos today preserves and transmits its Mongolian cultural heritage to visitors.

There are also traditional Mongolian yurts—i.e. tents—in the Ordos Cultural Industry Park, and they present the nomadic lifestyle, living conditions, and everyday culture of the Mongols in a demonstrative manner.
