The Bulgarian Chief Directorate for Combating Organized Crime exposed a planned assassination attempt in Sofia, Bulgarian Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov stated, FOCUS News informs.
The police have arrested four men. One is from Montenegro and the others are Armenian.
One of them is wanted in Armenia on charges of illegal carrying of weapons and extortion.
