YEREVAN.- The Armenian delegation will participate in the Cannes film market on May 16-27.

The delegation headed by director of Armenia’s National Cinema Center Gevorg Gevorgyan has already left for Cannes to seek partners for joint work on films which were shot and those remaining incomplete.

The National Cinema Center has prepared presentation program to be shown in the Armenian and foreign pavilions.

Gevorg Gevorgyan will hold meetings with the representative of the French cinema center and filmmakers form Belarus, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.

The Cannes Film Festival 2012 opens on Wednesday and will continue for ten days.
