We have some problems in the export sector, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

At the same time, he expressed confidence that these problems will be resolved amid the process of adaptation and diversification.

Pashinyan recalled that in the first half of the year, Armenia’s economic activity amounted to 7.7 percent. According to him, the growth in the manufacturing sector was 9.5 percent, in the construction sector - 25 percent, in the trade sector - 0.8 percent, and in the services sector - 13 percent.

“In July 2026, compared to July 2025, the growth in the construction sector was 26.6 percent, in the services sector - 17 percent, in the manufacturing sector - 3.1 percent, but a small decline - 0.01 percent was recorded in the trade sector,” the Armenian premier noted.
