Construction work within the framework of the TRIPP project may begin in the spring of next year, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said in an interview with the state-funded Public Television of Armenia.
“Both we, the US, and interested parties believe that the electricity transit can begin earlier than the implementation of the railway project, since it is easier to do the first one,” Mirzoyan noted.
