YEREVAN. – The US dollar’s exchange rate continues to rise in Armenia’s financial market.

Its average exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 398/$1, at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday, and this is the dollar’s next record-high at the stock exchange since April 7, 2010.  

The total trading was a mere $800 thousand.

And the dollar’s exchange rate at Armenia’s cash foreign currency market has again risen. By and large, the exchange offices buy it at AMD 397/$1 and sell at AMD 399-400/$1.
